Pumpkin fritters

Our Cassava gluten free pumpkin fritters are light, fluffy, and literally melt in your mouth.

Pumpkin fritters
What you'll need
 360 g Steamed Pumpkin, mashed and drained
 100 g Health Riot Cassava flour
 10 ml Baking powder
 2 Large Free-range Eggs
 Pinch of Himilayan Salt
 5-10 ml Ground cinnamon
 ½ cup Xylitol
 Ghee
Instructions:

Place your smoothly mashed pumpkin in a bowl and add all the ingredients.

Mix well. If you feel it is too runny, then add a little more flour.

Heat a non-stick pan with ghee and fry the pumkin fritters, 2 minutes on one side and then turn over and fry until golden on the other side.

Put on paper towelling to blot off the excess oil.

Serve warm with your favourite meal.
