Oat and raisin festive cookies

Oat and raisin festive cookies
What you'll need
 1 cup Xylitol
 ½ cup Soften Butter
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 1 Free-range Egg
 ¾ cup Health Riot Cassava flour
 ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
 1 ½ cups GMO-Free Rolled oats
 1 cup Raisins
Instructions:

Heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Put wax paper on a baking tray and grease with butter.

In a large bowl, combine xylitol and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add vanilla and egg; blend it well.

Add sifted Cassava flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and Himalayan salt and mix well.

Stir in oats and raisins.

Use a teaspoon to make large rounds of dough and lightly press onto tray. Keep cookies 2 inches apart.

Bake for 7–10 minutes (depending on the size of your cookie) They should be soft but cooked inside.
