Easter egg cookie dough

These protein-packed gluten free cookie dough eggs are super quick and easy to make. It might be worth making a double batch as they tend to disappear quickly.

Easter egg cookie dough
What you'll need
 2 Scoops Protein powder
 ½ cup Health Riot Cassava flour
 ½ cup Almond flour
 ½ cup Macadamia nut Butter
 ¼ cup Raw honey
 1 tsp Coconut oil
 1 Slab Sally-Ann Creed’s Dark Chocolate
 1 Slab Sally-Ann Creed’s Milk Chocolate
Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together in a bowl, and form balls into small egg-shapes with your hand.

Place the eggs onto a tray with baking paper and pop into the freezer for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, get a bain-marie or fill a pot a third of the way with water, and bring to the boil.

Place a pan over the pot and melt the chocolate pieces, stirring until completely smooth.

Take the protein eggs out of the freezer and using 2 teaspoons, roll the eggs in the chocolate and place back onto the wax paper.

Place the eggs back in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Once the chocolate has mostly hardened, remove from freezer and swirl teaspoons of chocolate over the eggs.

Allow the final stripes of chocolate to harden and enjoy!
