
What you will need
1 cup Health Riot Cassava flour
½ cup Almond flour
½ cup Arrowroot flour
1 ½ tsp Baking powder
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tbsp Honey
4 Large Free range eggs
3 tsp Chimichurri spice rub
½ cup Full cream milk
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
How to make it

Simply combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk until well combined.

Pour into a greased bread tin and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes until nice and brown.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing, but can also be sliced while hot.
