Acai Breakfast Bowl

A quick and healthy breakfast alternative, with a bit of Brazilian flare.

What you’ll need
 2 Small frozen Bananas
  cup frozen Blueberries
 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
 3 tbsp Health Riot Cassava flour
 3 tbsp Raw Oats
 180 ml Water
 2 tbsp Almond butter
 1 tsp Acai Berry powder
 ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
 1 tbsp Raw Honey
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tbsp Chopped Almonds
Instructions:

Peel and cut bananas into chunks, place in airtight container or bag and freeze overnight.

Soak raw oats in water overnight in the fridge.

Combine all your ingredients in a blender. Blend until a smooth and creamy texture is reached.

Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped almonds, Chia seeds and any other toppings of your choice.
