
Turn your oven onto 190 degrees.
Combine your warm water, yeast, honey and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine all your dry ingredients in your kitchen aid and give it a quick whisk.
Add all your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients, and whisk on the lowest setting until well combined.
Place your focaccia mixture into a round or square cake tin and place it on top of your oven, covered with a damp cloth for 1 hour
Once proved, drizzle with a generous amount of EVOO, freshly chopped rosemary and some sea salt.
Pop into the oven for around 30 minutes until really nicely browned.
Remove from the oven, drizzle a little extra EVOO, and then allow it to cool completely before cutting.
